Eligibility Requirements

Participation in Company Programs is subject to eligibility criteria, which may vary by Program and jurisdiction. Unless otherwise stated:

• Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

• Participants must be legally eligible to participate under applicable local, state, and federal laws.

• The Company reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.

Failure to meet eligibility requirements may result in disqualification without notice.

Program Participation

Participation in any Program is voluntary and does not guarantee the receipt of any award or prize. Programs may be subject to additional rules, guidelines, or disclosures, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Awards and Prizes

Eligibility and Citizenship Requirement

1. Legal Residency and Citizenship Requirement

​

In order to claim, receive, or be awarded any prize, award, or financial distribution from NPN, the claimant must be a legal citizen or lawful permanent resident of the United States of America at the time of claim submission and award processing.

​

Claimants may be required to provide valid government-issued identification, proof of U.S. citizenship, or lawful permanent residency documentation to verify eligibility prior to the release of any award.

​

2. Compliance with Federal Laws and Regulations

​

NPN operates in full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Due to current immigration enforcement policies and related governmental requirements, NPN reserves the right to withhold, delay, deny, or reassign any award if the claimant fails to meet legal residency or citizenship requirements.

3. Award Reassignment

​

If an award claimant is deemed ineligible due to failure to meet citizenship or lawful residency requirements, the award may be reassigned to the next eligible participant in accordance with the official rules of the program.

​

In the event that an award is reassigned (for example, if a second-place participant is elevated to first place), additional administrative, processing, governmental filing, re-registration, or compliance fees may apply. Any such fees shall be the responsibility of the newly designated recipient unless otherwise determined by NPN.

4. Administrative and Government Processing Fees

​

Where reassignment or modification of award registration is required due to eligibility issues, NPN reserves the right to assess reasonable processing, compliance, and re-registration fees necessary to satisfy governmental or regulatory requirements.

5. Right to Verification

​

​NPN reserves the right to conduct verification checks and request additional documentation at any time prior to final award disbursement. Failure to cooperate or provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the award.
